Before you install your Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© !!!

Important: It is strongly suggested to adjust Max Bars in Chart under MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Chart to 1000 or another low number. This helps the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© efficiently process data from 10 indicators over a manageable number of bars or candles. If the value is set too high, such as several thousand or more, it could slow updates significantly and might freeze your MT4/5 terminal on slower systems.

Purchasing the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© from MQL5.com Market requires an MQL5 community account. If you haven’t already created one, you can sign up here: https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_register.

1. Verify that your MQL5 account balance has enough funds for the purchase. It’s often easier to pay from your balance rather than using a credit card.

2. Find the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© on the MQL5.com platform and access its product page.

3. Hit the Buy or Rent button to proceed with your purchase.

4. Select the payment method of your choice and hit the green Next button to complete your payment. 

5. After the payment process is complete, open your MT4/5 terminal to download and install the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5©.

6. Be sure to log into your MQL5 account in your MT4/5 terminal using your username, not your email or social media login. For example, my MQL5 login is the last part of my profile URL: eleanna74, from the URL: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/eleanna74.

7. Go to MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab and confirm you’re signed in with your MQL5 account username.

8. In MT4, scroll to the Terminal window and click the Market tab at the bottom. From there, select Purchased on the left, and click the blue Install button next to your product. For MT5, go to the Navigator window, click on the Market folder, and select Purchases. The Purchases section will open on the right, where you can click Install for your product. 

Notice: If you can't see your purchase when you click the Purchased option, check the below mentioned issues:

Make sure that:

• that you have all the latest Windows Updates installed

• that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge latest version installed on your computer or VPS

• that you are using the latest build of MetaTrader 4/5

• that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, using your login - NOT your email

• that your MQL5 account password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change MQL5 account password here)

In case you still don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

1. Close ALL your MetaTrader terminals

2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community

3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*

4. Open the MetaTrader terminal

5. Try to install your product again

9. Once your Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5© is installed, you can set up email and push notifications in your MT4/5 terminal to receive alerts for your arrow signals conveniently via email or mobile push notifications.

10. Navigate to MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Email tab, and provide the necessary details for your email account and SMTP server. Below is a detailed example and common SMTP settings for popular email services:

• SMTP server: Enter the SMTP address provided by your email service (examples below).

• SMTP login: Input your complete email address, e.g., johnsmith@gmail.com.

• SMTP password: Enter your email account’s password.

• From/To fields: Add your name and email in this format: John Smith, johnsmith@gmail.com.

11. To set up push notifications, navigate to MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Notifications tab and input your mobile device’s or tablet’s MQL5 ID. This will ensure you receive notifications on these devices. You can find the MQL5 ID in your MT4/5 mobile app by selecting Settings >> Messages.

You can also locate your MQL5 ID in your MQL5 account under profile >> settings >> security.

12. To set up Terminal alerts, head to MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Events tab and enable the appropriate option. 

13. Once your notifications are configured, it’s time to use the Matrix Arrow Indicator MT4/5©. Open the chart of your preferred symbol, and in the Navigator window on the left-hand side of your MT4/5 terminal, find the Indicator under Indicators >> Market folder. Drag it onto the chart or double-click it to apply.

14, The Indicator’s settings window will pop up, where you can tweak the parameters and confirm the notification settings at the bottom of the Inputs tab. The default settings are optimized for all market conditions and ready for immediate use.
